DISTRICT PHASED RE-OPENING UPDATES
Due to the rapidly evolving developments and public health implications in the potential spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and our responsibility to the general public well-being, areas of the Park District are currently closed as a public health precaution in response to the recommendations from the CDC and the Illinois Department of Public Health. All public access to these areas with respect to programs, services, and facilities were suspended effective Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 6pm. Posted re-opening dates are pending no setbacks per the phases of the Governor's Restore Illinois Plan.

The Pavilion - tennis courts will be unavailable on Saturday, October 17 from 8am-5pm due to the Pumpkin Patch event. The nearest alternate courts are at Clark Park or see our interactive map for more locations. The Pavilion Main Entrance will be closing for improvement construction October 19-22, 2020. Please use the entrances by Garden Terrace or the Aquatics Center during this timeframe.

Audubon Indoor Skate Park opened Fri, October 2, 2020. Visit their website.

Elk Grove Park District Preschool is open for 3's & 4's classes. Visit their website. Please note: The Hattendorf Park will not be available to the public from the hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm, Mon-Fri for the safety of our children.
Garden Terrace at the Pavilion is accepting party bookings of 50 or less guests. Visit their website.
Fox Run Golf Links golf course is open with new safety guidelines. Visit the website to book a tee time online or call the ProShop at (847) 228-3544 for booking with Elk Grove resident prices.
Rainbow Falls Waterpark will remain closed for the 2020 Summer Season.
Pirates' Cove Children's Theme Park is closed for the 2020 season.
Jumps n' Jiggles & Carousel is closed until further notice. 2021 Carousel Parties are being booked for groups of up to 50 people.
All other facilities are currently closed until further notice.
Park amenities including basketball courts, inline hockey rinks, outdoor skate park and playgrounds are open.
Fountain Square Park splashpad is closed. Visit the webpage for hours of operation.
Tennis Courts are open for singles and doubles match play. Please abide by the rules posted.
The park adjacent to the Hattendorf Center is not available to the public from 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday due to program use.
Roosevelt Park: Beary Landscaping is at Roosevelt Park Mon, October 16, 2020 and the majority of the week.
Johnson Park: we have hired a company to provide Canada goose control services. Wild Goose Chase, Inc. provides goose management services to minimize the goose population and the issues that they cause utilizing a trained dog to chase the geese out of the park. Wild Goose Chase, Inc. will be visiting the park at least once daily and will be working through the end of 2020.
Al Hattendorf Park: Please be advised that the contractor, Hacienda Landscaping will be continuing work on the OSLAD Park Improvement Project through mid November.
By the State of Illinois order, individuals may leave their residence to engage in outdoor activity such as walking, hiking, running, or biking and may go to public parks and open outdoor recreation areas if they comply with the Social Distancing Requirements however some playgrounds are closed due to programming.
